The fee is by agreement and recorded in writing before we act, as is who owes it. Acting for both sides only with the express consent of both.
Neither work nor name appears publicly without your consent. You remain the owner until you sell.
Send artist, subject, dimensions and two or three photographs. That is enough for a first look.
Within a few days you hear whether there is demand and in what range – including when we decline.
Condition, attribution and provenance are reviewed, with external expertise where needed. You set the reserve.
We approach suitable collectors and accompany the negotiation. The sale is between you and the buyer; the purchase price passes directly between the parties, never through us. Our fee falls due only afterwards.
